Winter Lettuce - Valdor

A green winter-hardy butterhead lettuce with great taste and texture. We wanted to include Valdor amongst our lettuces because it is simply one of the best winter lettuces there is. It forms tight medium-sized heads with the classic look of a butterhead. Sown in September, it can be cultivated outside or undercover for continuous picking or left to mature for an early spring harvest. (Approximate seed count - 250)
