A variety of carrot bred for its white delicate umbels that turn pink once opened. Dara is a staple in any cut flower garden, producing abundant delicate stems that are often ready just as Ammi finishes. They are a fantastic variety for pollinators and attract a wide range of beetles, hover flies and bees. The seed heads are good for drying and it be autumn sown for early blooms in spring.
