Pisum sativa
A new variety bred and grown at Stormy Hall in North Yorkshire using the Biodynamic growing method. Purple flowering sugar pea with thick-walled edible pods of excellent flavour. Grows 160-180 cm tall. Sohara is preforming well in dry as well in wet years. Pods stay sweet and edible for a extended time on the plant. It also can be sown in a green house or tunnel from November for an early crop. (Approximate seed count – 60)
