Allium fistulosum
An excellent hardy spring onion variety that produce bunching onions from autumn and that stand through winter. Evergreen are a non-bulbing spring onion and have a mildly, sweet flavour, ideal for salads and stir fries. They are best sown from March - September, with August and September sowings being ready for harvest in spring. (Approximate seed count - 300)
